A Japanese energy healing modality dates back to the early 19th century founded by Mikao Usui during a life changing experience.
Energy is transported through the hands of the practitioner onto the body, assisting the body to relax. The practitioner moves around different parts of the body in a pattern or where they feel Intuitively drawn to.
Otherwise known as Energy wheels through the central channel of the body offering energy to different parts of the body. If there is too much energy or not enough it indicates an imbalance which may show in our character or health state emotionally.
For an initial appointment allow 1.5-2 hours. Wear comfortable clothing and come along with an open mind and hold no expectations. Prior to you arriving have a think about why you booked the session and what “Intent” you would like fused into the Reiki healing, for example Peace, Calm or Clarity etc…

I Offer the first, second and third degree in Reiki Energy healing. I offer small groups from 2-4 or on a 1: 1 basis.

The First stage is to connect into your own energy, practising Reiki on yourself, offering yourself nurture, relaxation and experience a new flow of energy within. I have used dowsing rods otherwise known as “Divining Rods” to find water leaks, items such as keys, asked questions to help me make decisions and used it in Feng Shui Consulting. How would you like to learn the art of divination? I offer these workshops on request. Offering on a 1: 1 or a group of 6 this can be held at your home or in my space.
Learning to dowse is also a great introduction to connect to you and your energy and also that of the environment where you spend time. It is also beneficial to do this workshop if you are thinking of learning Reiki.
